Sorrel Punch is a traditional spiced drink in Jamaica, my Grandma taught me how to make it. The colour comes from the hibiscus plant. The longer you leave it, the deeper the flavour becomes; over time it begins to ferment. Enjoy on ice, with or without a shot of rum!
